Visit the dentist regularly
Most dentists recommend a visit once every year for adults and every six months for children. However, some people need to visit their dentist more frequently. Each time you visit your dentist, ask when they would like to see you next.
Limit sugary drinks and foods
Sugary drinks and foods may be tasty, but they are not very good for us. Eating and drinking too many of these will increase the amount of sugar that is present on our teeth and gums. This sugar can become stuck to our teeth and cause plaque and cavities.
